We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Please follow the instructions provided to ensure your return is processed correctly.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, we will work with you to provide a suitable solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
We cannot accept returns for change of mind on gift cards or sale items, unless required by law.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we also cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, or returned without original tags and packaging, unless the item is faulty or otherwise required to be accepted under applicable consumer laws.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection laws.
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us first so we can advise on availability and the best way to proceed.
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will then let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us through our Contact Us page or email support@vexmma.com.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned parcel unless tracking is available.
